• Developing an EMS implementation plan

• Implementing an EMS
• Managing environmental risks and impacts
• Establishing and controlling operational procedures

Day 4:

• Monitoring and measuring environmental performance
• Conducting an internal EMS audit
• Reporting and documenting EMS results

Day 5:

• Conducting an external EMS audit
• Planning and conducting an EMS audit
• Reporting audit findings and managing corrective actions
• Understanding the certification process and requirements for EMS auditors
