Participants should have basic knowledge of workplace training or experience in delivering presentations, workshops, or instructional sessions. This qualification is suitable for individuals who are currently working as trainers or planning to develop professional training skills.

The qualification is designed to meet industry requirements for occupational safety and health trainers. The program is delivered over 2 days and combines theoretical learning with practical training methodologies and delivery techniques.

The Train the Trainer program is assessed through:

Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) examination
Practical demonstration, where participants must deliver a minimum 20-minute training session

To achieve the qualification, learners must obtain the required passing percentage in both the MCQ examination and the practical training demonstration.
