Training Manager 1 Position
Responsibilities:
- Lead all training operations from planning to post-course reporting.
- Develop and modify courses, write training content, and manage trainers.
- Coordinate with UK awarding bodies for compliance and certification.
- Review learner progress, feedback, and ensure smooth session execution.
- Assist in marketing and quality improvement of all courses.
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Education, or Engineering. Minimum 3 years’ experience in training management. HSE awareness preferred. Excellent communication and planning skills required.

HSE Trainer 1 Position
- Deliver HSE courses such as IOSH, OSHA, Fire Safety, First Aid, and other basic trainings.
- Prepare lesson plans, slides, activities, and assessment materials.

Graphic Designer & Video Editor 1 Position
- Design posters, flyers, course creatives, and social media graphics for Be Safe and partner brands.
- Edit short-form videos (reels, YouTube shorts) and long-form training content when needed.
- Create thumbnails, intro/outro animations, basic motion graphics, and branded templates.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content (fonts, colors, logo usage).
- Collaborate with marketing and training teams to convert ideas into clean, professional visuals.
Requirements: Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Premiere Pro/After Effects or equivalent tools. 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing. Portfolio or sample work is mandatory.
